Adefisayo Adefarakan is a seasoned Governance, Risk, Assurance, Control & Efficiency (GRACE) professional with wide experience across Business & Risk Management, Internal Audit & Control, Financial Control, Performance Improvement, Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Training & Facilitation. 

He recently led the transformation of FBNBank Gambia Limited as the CEO where he accomplished complete turnaround of the business from a Loss Position to Profitability in 12 months, growing the balance sheet from $13m to $20m within the same period while improving the Brand awareness and visibility through an organic Process reengineering and optimization. 

Before First Bank, he worked as a lead consultant within the Risk & Performance Improvement arm of Ernst & Young (EY) for five years. He has over 18 years of mixed industry experience in areas such as Financial Control, Credit Control, Risk Management and Business Consulting. His experience spans across the Public and Private Sectors. (Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Manufacturing). While at EY he led several Risk Management and Internal Audit projects in the Public Sector and  Financial Services Industry across the West African Sub-region.

Prior to EY, he worked with Wapic Insurance PLC a subsidiary of Intercontinental Bank Plc, (Now Access Bank Plc) where he led the Credit Control function in addition to a number of change management initiatives. He developed and implemented a new set of credit control policies for the company in addition to the design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management framework.

Fisayo is a first class graduate of Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University UK and graduated with a distinction from the Lagos State Polytechnic. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Bernard Omojola is our Cybersecurity/Data Lead

He has extensive experience in Cyber & Network projects. He is an IT Professional with verifiable expertise spanning desktop support, network administration, telecommunications management and end-user support––knowledge in supporting with company-wide IT/IS operations and implementing best practices to minimize downtime and enhance client service ratings.

Bernard is adept at providing operational support to end-users, managing hardware and software installations and upgrades, testing and troubleshooting deficiencies and resolving network malfunctions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

He has provided support with large-scale infrastructure upgrade projects, managing active directory system, assisting with data migration and the deployment of disaster recovery programs.

He has a Wireless Systems Engineering Technology Diploma acquired from NAIT, a Business Analysis Certificate from the University of Toronto, in addition to CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA A+ training. 

Bernard in addition to his IT security experience is also a Chartered Accountant.
